The brief
TerraVida is a village of villas being built on Koh Phangan, sold before construction finishes. The first phase was almost sold out, so the site's real job was to show buyers of the next phase that this developer delivers: clear facts, the real plans and numbers, and no pressure tactics.
What we built
Made for the people who use it.

01
An availability map buyers can explore
Every plot on one map, showing what's sold and what's still open, linked to its own detail page.

02
Six house types, side by side
Buyers compare the options at a glance before they ask a single question.

03
The numbers, laid out clearly
Investment figures and projected returns designed to be read, not buried in a PDF.

04
A timeline that builds trust
The three construction phases on one clear timeline.
Designed for phones first.
Under the hood
- Next.js (App Router), React, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS
- Availability map drawn from the architect's own master plans
- All text kept in one place, so adding a second language is a translation job, not a rebuild
- Prices stored in Thai baht with indicative conversions for overseas buyers
- Design tokens in one file; restrained scroll animations
What this means for your business
If customers compare options before they call, show them everything clearly and they'll arrive ready to decide.
